The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) Sargodha has started an investigation into complaints alleging that some 9th Class examination results were changed after the results were announced.
According to the board, several complaints were received from students and other concerned stakeholders. The matter has now been formally taken up for review to determine whether any changes were actually made and how they may have occurred.
Controller of Examinations Dr. Nazar Abbas said a two-member investigation committee has been constituted to examine the complaints. The committee will review the concerns and investigate the relevant examination records.
The inquiry will focus on determining the facts behind the alleged result changes. If irregularities are found, the committee will also look into how the changes occurred and whether any individual was responsible for misconduct.

The development has drawn attention among 9th Class students and their parents, particularly those who believe their marks or result status may have been affected.
Students who have concerns about their results should keep their roll number, result details, and relevant examination documents available when contacting the board. They should also rely on official BISE Sargodha announcements rather than unverified claims circulating on social media.
The 9th Class results were announced by BISE Sargodha on September 2, and the latest investigation means the complaints will now undergo an official review.
The board is expected to take further action after the committee completes its examination. Any confirmed irregularity will be dealt with according to the board’s applicable examination rules and procedures.
